What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for nurse practitioners, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Utilize various recruiting platforms and strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives to promote our employer brand.
• Work closely with the executive leadership team to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of nurse practitioner roles and the healthcare landscape.
• Proficient in using Google Suite, Slack, and Greenhouse for recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with high-volume hiring and sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated success in improving candidate experience and reducing time-to-fill.

Nice to Have

• Experience in women's health or telehealth recruiting.
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding processes.
• Familiarity with data analysis and financial analysis in recruitment.
