CMO Advisor - Crypto-Native Growth Coach (Remote)

About the Role

We’re hiring a CMO Advisor to lead our marketing efforts in the crypto space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving growth in a crypto-native setting. As a CMO Advisor, you will clarify our narrative, instrument a TVL→deposit funnel with a weekly dashboard, and coach a young team. This is a hands-on position that requires a deep understanding of the crypto market and effective marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

• Own product marketing initiatives that drive connections and deposits.
• Establish a TVL funnel and dashboard to track impressions, site visits, wallet connections, and deposits.
• Run partner distribution through co-marketing efforts with various venues, including launch kits, AMAs, and community engagement.
• Define and execute experiments with clear keep/kill rules to optimize marketing strategies.
• Coach the marketing team, providing them with playbooks, briefs, and dashboards they can manage independently.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in crypto growth and marketing, particularly in exchanges, DeFi, or data/indices.
• Demonstrated success in driving deposits and TVL growth with a focus on CAC/payback discipline.
• Strong ability to build and ship dashboards, along with excellent writing skills for creative briefs.
• Experience with creator/referral mechanics and lifecycle/CRM strategies is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with B2B2C or RIA/institutional marketing motions.
