Client Service Associate (Teller) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Service Associate (Teller) - Remote Opportunity to join our team at Zions Bancorporation. As a remote teller, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals while working from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services, including opening new accounts and issuing ATM cards.
• Resolve clients' problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch resources.
• Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs and recommending appropriate bank products.
• Maintain an acceptable balancing record and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some cashiering, customer service, or related experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, and bank products.
• Strong balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a retail banking environment.
• Familiarity with financial services and products.
• Proficiency in using banking software and technology.
