Client Experience Member - Sales Support for Crypto Platform

About the Role

Join Anchorage Digital as a Client Experience Member in Sales Support, where you will play a vital role in enhancing our client onboarding process. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while contributing to the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Sales, KYC Operations, Legal, and Client Experience teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
• Maintain sales pipeline integrity and ensure timely launching and completion of client-specific contracts.
• Verify new account opening requirements and ensure adherence to processes while coordinating necessary approvals.
• Act as a primary stakeholder in project work and technical integrations involving Anchorage Digital Bank’s core CRM and data systems.
• Own the review of new accounts, performing meticulous due diligence on client onboarding to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for tracking tasks and processes, ensuring departmental responsibilities are clearly defined.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to provide exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement through active collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to efficiently manage and track activities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Baseline understanding of cryptocurrencies and a proactive curiosity to expand that knowledge.
• Solid understanding of client life-cycles within the financial services industry.
• Collaborative, proactive, and team-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Foundational understanding of legal contracts and complex client structures.
