About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Central Montana. What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate in-home care for seniors and patients with illnesses, injuries, or chronic diseases.
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and nutritional intake.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
- Collaborate with a team of home health professionals, including nurses and therapists.
- Maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active Nursing Assistant Certification in Montana.
- CPR certification and a valid Montana driver’s license.
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice to Have
- Experience in home health care or a similar field.
- Additional certifications in caregiving or health support.
