About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Central Montana. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential in-home care for seniors and individuals with various health conditions, ensuring they receive the support they need to live independently.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate in-home care for seniors and patients with illnesses, injuries, or chronic diseases.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and nutritional intake.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Collaborate with a team of home health professionals, including nurses and therapists.
• Maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Nursing Assistant Certification in Montana.
• CPR certification and a valid Montana driver’s license.
• Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to Have

• Experience in home health care or a similar field.
• Additional certifications in caregiving or health support.
