About the Role

We are hiring a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for quick morning and evening shifts at Always Best Care in Burke, Virginia. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to provide essential in-home care to clients in need. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting clients during their morning and evening routines, ensuring their comfort and safety. What You'll Do

• Provide respectful, hands-on personal care to clients.
• Support safe morning and evening routines for clients.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Offer calm, reassuring companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain awareness of fall risks and promote a safe home environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active CNA license in the State of Virginia (preferred).
• Experience supporting clients with mobility challenges.
• Patient, compassionate, and attuned to client comfort and safety.
• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility support.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice to Have

• Experience in home care settings.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in caregiving.
