  • Support data collection and monitor interventions, providing feedback to the treatment team regarding client progress.

Requirements

  • Experience in case management or a related field (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of recovery-oriented practices and person-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
  • Relevant certifications in behavioral health or social services are a plus.
