Caregiver - CNA | HCA - NOC Shift (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver - CNA | HCA for the NOC Shift to join our team at Cogir Senior Living. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide compassionate care while working remotely, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while adhering to community protocols and safety regulations.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, prioritizing the independence and dignity of each resident.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities, fostering a sense of community and engagement.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and tidy environment for residents.
• Facilitate open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff to ensure a supportive atmosphere.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license as per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or the ability to obtain one.
• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating residents with dignity and respect.
• Attention to detail, physical stamina, and high integrity.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.
