Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer's business needs by leveraging data to drive insights and decision-making. What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using BI tools to track key performance indicators.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven insights.
• Analyze trends, performance drivers, and changes to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Clean, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Work with warehouse management and transportation management system data to support logistics and supply chain reporting.
• Define and standardize metrics to ensure alignment across teams.
• Communicate insights through clear visualizations, summaries, and presentations.
• Take ownership of analytics work and continuously improve data quality, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong SQL skills with experience handling large and complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience building KPI dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Sigma, Mode, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience with data manipulation and transformation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Comfort working in ambiguous situations and iterating based on feedback.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with supply chain, logistics, or operational systems such as WMS or TMS.
• Experience with marketplace, operations, or fulfillment analytics.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern analytics stacks.
• Experience analyzing time-series data and operational performance trends.
• Interest in advanced analytics, experimentation, or forecasting.

• A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, ensuring fair compensation based on experience and qualifications.
