About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Business Intelligence Analyst remote, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and sustaining data analytics and business intelligence solutions. This position offers the opportunity to transform complex business requirements into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
  • Develop, enhance, and support advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Utilize the Plex QMS tool for data extraction and reporting (2 years of experience preferred).
  • Create and optimize data models, datasets, and queries to meet evolving analytics needs.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Lead and execute complex analytical initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all data outputs and reporting deliverables.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement within data workflows.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to establish and uphold data governance best practices.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and support existing Power Apps solutions as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience with data modeling and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Dataiku or Alteryx.
  • Familiarity with data governance best practices.
