Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development and recruitment, preferably in B2B sales or healthcare.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates and driving sales growth.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in German and Arabic being a plus.
  • Ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and understand their strategic needs.
  • Experience in cold calling and client relations.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
