Business Analyst for Quality Assurance - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst for Quality Assurance to join our team at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL). This remote Business Analyst position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of advancing science and technology to strengthen U.S. security and promote global stability. You will play a crucial role in the administration of Document Control Systems (DCS) and support the implementation of quality assurance policies.

What You'll Do

• Administer Document Control Systems (DCS) and coordinate document development and lifecycle management processes.
• Monitor document review cycles and ensure the completeness and accuracy of programmatic and quality assurance records.
• Support the implementation of NNSA Weapon Quality Policy and safeguard information.
• Collaborate with department personnel to assess and develop electronic retention processes.
• Assist in the development of program reports, quality implementing procedures, and other documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship.
• Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of document control and records management best practices.
• Proficiency in Windchill Enterprise Lifecycle Management and Microsoft cloud-based software.
• Experience with Power BI and understanding of quality assurance documentation standards.

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology area.
• Advanced experience using MS Office applications and web-based collaborative platforms.
• Familiarity with NNSA Weapons Quality Policy and related documentation.
