Brand Designer - Remote Position at Stripe

About the Role

Stripe is hiring a full-time Brand Designer to join our innovative team. This Brand Designer remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Canada, contributing to the design of our Link product. As a Brand Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and enhancing the user experience.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand visuals for the Link product.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand strategy.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Brand Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Experience with user-centered design principles and best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in designing for SaaS products.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
