About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our Kukui Grove Branch Office. This is a unique opportunity to manage branch operations while ensuring exceptional member service and adherence to credit union policies. As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team and drive operational efficiency in a remote capacity.
What You'll Do
- Supervise, hire, train, and mentor branch staff, fostering a positive team culture and professional growth.
- Manage daily branch operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with credit union policies.
- Promote branch compliance with all applicable regulations, including BSA compliance.
- Provide support with general loan inquiries and assist members with loan applications.
- Ensure the safety and security of the branch, addressing potential risks proactively.
- Maintain good public relations with the membership and community groups.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial institution required.
- Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with members and staff.
- Ability to perform sedentary work and operate routine office equipment.
