About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized behavior programs for clients, utilizing your expertise in applied behavior analysis. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

What You'll Do

• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other staff members.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of behavior interventions.
• Engage with families and caregivers to educate them on behavior strategies and support.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in applied behavior analysis.
• Strong knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
