About the Role

We are seeking a Blockchain Partnerships Manager to join Chainlink Labs, a leader in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space. This remote position will allow you to leverage your skills in building relationships and managing high-value partnerships within the blockchain ecosystem. As a key member of our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our innovative solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Focus on acquiring and managing key blockchain partners, ensuring a robust integration pipeline for long-term partnerships.
  • Engage with multiple partners simultaneously, fostering deep relationships with decision-makers to create mutually beneficial value propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Lead discussions with blockchain partners to assess market opportunities and facilitate the integration of Chainlink products.
  • Act as a strategic interface between the GTM team, finance, legal, and engineering to ensure alignment on deal terms and delivery timelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Web3 industry.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative solutions strategically.
  • Technical understanding of core blockchain concepts to effectively communicate with technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience structuring and closing large deals in the Web3 infrastructure domain.
  • Background in traditional finance (TradFi), particularly in digital assets.
  • Previous experience in venture capital settings.
