About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Online Leadership Coach - Remote to join our dynamic team at TaskHuman Coaching Community. In this role, you will provide personalized coaching experiences through video calls, supporting clients in achieving their goals. This is a freelance position that offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients in both English and Arabic.
  • Utilize your expertise to help clients navigate their personal and professional challenges.
  • Implement new coaching protocols and methodologies to enhance client engagement.
  • Participate in monthly coach connect calls with the team to share insights and best practices.
  • Network with fellow coaches and participate in local coaching community meetups.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional coaching experience is required.
  • Industry certifications in coaching are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills are essential for effective coaching.
  • Comfortable working cross-culturally and adapting to diverse client needs.
  • Must own a smartphone or computer to facilitate coaching sessions.

  • Registration as an Independent Contractor is preferred.
