About the Role

What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for our users, providing efficient and friendly customer care.

- Assist users with inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience with our marketplace app.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team Lead to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Gather feedback from users to help improve our services and offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and reducing food waste.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
