About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Call Center Representative (English & Spanish) to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support our growing property management operation by handling various tenant inquiries and conducting follow-up calls. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to work in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls, approximately 50 calls per day, providing excellent customer service.
  • Make outbound calls regarding lease renewals, outstanding balances, and other tenant-related concerns.
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring tenant satisfaction.
  • Route issues to the appropriate department when necessary, maintaining clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions with tenants.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and comfortable handling high call volumes.
  • Patient, polite, and professional phone presence.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in inbound and/or outbound calling is a plus, but training will be provided.
