Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably BambooHR or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like JIRA.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with payroll administration and compliance regulations.
  • Understanding of employee benefits and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
