- Work with financial operations to reconcile invoices and manage budgets related to HR activities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably BambooHR or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like JIRA.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with payroll administration and compliance regulations.
- Understanding of employee benefits and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
