Bartender - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone. This Bartender position is perfect for individuals who are available throughout the week, including weekends, and are eager to contribute to a vibrant team atmosphere.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly and take their drink orders, ensuring prompt service.
• Mix and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
• Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking patrons’ identification.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Set up and break down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces.
• Stock the bar as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
• Provide outstanding customer service, anticipating guests' needs and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ensure the security of company assets and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of previous bartending experience.
• Knowledge of beer and bartending principles is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain all state-required alcohol service certifications.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Nice to Have

• Experience with light cleaning tasks, such as dusting and maintaining guest bathrooms.
• Ability to juice, pick herbs, and prepare coffee & tea.
• Experience in taking reservations and answering phone calls.
• Willingness to attend weekly manager meetings and mandatory monthly product training.
