What You'll Do

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions across various channels, including calls, emails, and chat, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct daily quality assurance reviews and audits to uphold company policies and procedures.
• Participate in and lead calibration sessions to maintain consistency in evaluations.
• Analyze quality observations to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Utilize technology and procedural automation to enhance QA efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders regularly to share insights and escalate unresolved issues.
• Stay updated with industry best practices for quality assurance in contact centers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality platforms such as CXOne and Verint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and contribute to a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Provider Enrollment and collaboration with operations teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in quality assurance.
