Assembly Operator I - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking an Assembly Operator I remote to join our team at HOERBIGER. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately assembling, testing, and packaging materials to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for shipment to customers.
What You'll Do
- Ensure Quality and Precision: Verify proper components, identify improper laser markings and bolt locking, and recognize assembly defects to ensure each product meets high standards.
- Enhance Efficiency: Select the correct springs and pins, install locating pins properly, and torque valves accurately to contribute to a smooth assembly process.
- Guarantee Reliability: Perform proper leak tests and packaging to ensure products are reliable and safe for end-users.
- Maintain Versatility: Assemble, torque, leak test, and pack various valve types to meet production needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 1-3 months of related experience or training.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions and correspondence in English.
- Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Metric units, including conversions.
