About the Role
We are looking for an Assembler III remote to join our team at REV Group. This position involves assembling fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations while ensuring that all operations meet quality and time standards. What You'll Do
- Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools according to product specifications.
- Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
- Identify and repair units that fail tests or tolerance levels.
- Work independently while adhering to established procedures.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the workplace.
- Run air and power hand tools effectively.
- Read and interpret shop orders and ensure compliance with QA and QC standards.
- Handle hazardous waste according to safety protocols.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience in assembly or manufacturing.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English.
- Familiarity with English and Metric tape measures and measuring devices.
- Proficiency in performing operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
- Ability to work under moderate supervision and maintain quality expectations.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs and work in various positions.
