Apollo Onboarding Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an Apollo Onboarding Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. As an Apollo Onboarding Specialist, you will leverage your communication skills and technical knowledge to guide clients through the onboarding process, making sure they are set up for success with our platform.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients using the Apollo platform.
• Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they understand how to utilize our tools effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, to manage client interactions and track onboarding progress.
• Develop and implement onboarding materials and resources to improve the client experience.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in client onboarding or customer success roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
• Experience in digital marketing or sales engagement is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
