About the Role

We are looking for an AI Tutor - Kotlin remote to join our innovative team at Alignerr. In this role, you will evaluate and train AI to write clean, efficient Kotlin code across Android and general software use cases. You will review Kotlin code for Android applications and general-purpose software, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate AI-generated Kotlin code and provide constructive feedback to guide model improvements.
  • Write idiomatic Kotlin solutions and document your coding process for clarity and future reference.
  • Highlight edge cases and ambiguities in prompts or outputs to enhance AI understanding.
  • Collaborate with leading AI teams and contribute to projects for Fortune 500 companies.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development to stay updated with the latest Kotlin features and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English with excellent technical communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Android development or backend services using Kotlin.
  • Expertise in Kotlin, including familiarity with coroutines and the Android SDK.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
  • Passion for building the next generation of intelligent tools and technologies.
