About the Role

We are seeking an AI Solutions Adoption and Scaling Specialist to join our innovative team at Mistral AI. This is a remote position where you will drive the adoption and scaling of cutting-edge AI solutions, empowering businesses to leverage Generative AI (GenAI) for transformative results. As an individual contributor, you will work at the intersection of innovation and impact, guiding companies in integrating GenAI solutions into their operations.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a catalyst for the adoption of AI solutions, ensuring seamless transitions from concept to production.
  • Partner closely with product and science teams to deliver state-of-the-art AI solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct effective technical discovery to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Guide and support customers in deploying our AI models and products into their infrastructure.
  • Define and track success metrics of the Proof of Concept (POC) being rolled out at customers.
  • Contribute to the evolution of AI technology, influencing how businesses operate and compete in the modern world.
  • Travel approximately 30 to 60% of your time to client locations.

Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
  • Experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Solution Architect.
  • Fluency in Python and experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to connect technology and business value, with a results-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with sales qualification concepts.
  • Experience in deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments.
