About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Productivity Platform Management Engineer - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing AI tools and platforms that enhance productivity across various departments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize AI productivity platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI tools into existing workflows.
• Oversee user provisioning, license management, and API integrations for AI systems.
• Document processes and create user guides for AI tool usage.
• Conduct user research to gather feedback and improve AI tool functionalities.
• Support full-cycle recruiting for technical roles related to AI and productivity tools.
• Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of AI implementations and recommend improvements.
• Provide training and support to users on AI tools and platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI tools management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations and user provisioning.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with AI systems, automation, and chatbots.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.
• Experience in technical recruiting and talent acquisition is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SCIM and SSO implementations.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Background in data analytics and performance measurement.
