What You'll Do

• Design, build, and scale intelligent multi-agent systems that autonomously perform complex reasoning, analysis, and decision-support tasks.
• Architect and optimize AI workflows that integrate LLMs, tools, and retrieval mechanisms into reliable, explainable, and repeatable outcomes.
• Develop evaluation and control frameworks to ensure agent accuracy, traceability, and performance in dynamic enterprise environments.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate business problems into scalable AI capabilities.
• Continuously refine agent behavior and orchestration through experimentation, system-level tuning, and real-world feedback.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in applied AI, machine learning, or software systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and agentic architectures (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar).
• Strong software fundamentals in Python, APIs, and data handling — you can design systems, not just models.
• Deep curiosity about how AI can simulate reasoning, collaboration, and autonomy within real business ecosystems.
• Thrive in high-context, high-velocity environments where your work shapes the core intelligence of the company.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with data privacy and ethical AI practices.
