What You'll Do

• Participate in the development and deployment of AI applications based on large language models (LLMs), including intelligent assistants and automation tools.
• Integrate and utilize mainstream LLM APIs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) to build AI-powered features.
• Assist in prompt design, optimization, and performance evaluation to enhance user experience.
• Support backend development for AI applications, including API development and task workflows.
• Contribute to the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge bases, and agent workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into real-world business scenarios.
• Assist with debugging, log analysis, performance tuning, and system stability improvements.

Requirements

• Must-have: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, etc.).
• Strong interest in AI, large language models, and AI-driven applications.
• Solid problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability.

Nice to Have

• Experience using LLM APIs or AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, automation tools, or chatbots.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering or RAG concepts.
• Backend development experience, including API design or system integration.
• Familiarity with common development tools and frameworks (Git, REST APIs, Java, Spring Framework).
