We are seeking an Account Manager for our Expert Media Agency, LiFT, to join our dynamic team remotely. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing B2B and B2C projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. What You'll Do

• Manage B2B projects, including SMM for companies and other services, as well as B2C projects focused on personal branding.
• Maintain constant communication with existing clients and drive upselling opportunities.
• Monitor and control project progress from start to finish, tracking goals and key milestones.
• Utilize promotional tools such as media promotion, PR, and outreach.
• Oversee project closure, ensuring the completion of tasks and the transfer of information to the back office.
• Ensure compliance with client interests and fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing; agency experience is a plus.
• Citizenship of the Russian Federation.
