About the Role
We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team, focusing on customer growth and expansion in the UK and Ireland. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer growth and retention.
- Utilize value-based selling techniques to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of our products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and align our solutions accordingly.
- Leverage ROI metrics to demonstrate the value of our offerings and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship-building techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience with stakeholder management and contract negotiations.
- Familiarity with MEDDICC sales methodology is a plus.

- Experience in finance business partnering, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of product design and user experience principles.
- Familiarity with AI and content design.
