What You'll Do

• Participate in engaging sessions led by A&F leaders to learn about customer-driven business strategies.
• Explore the complexities of the Product Development Process and how it relates to retail.
• Build essential skills such as retail math, customer insights, and interview preparedness.
• Engage in role exploration and receive personalized career coaching to find your fit within the retail industry.
• Network with fellow students, A&F recruiters, and business leaders to expand your professional connections.
• Gain early access to future A&F programming, including the Sophomore Summit and Leadership Development Program Internship opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be a college freshman working toward a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Demonstrated passion for A&F brands and curiosity about a career in corporate retail.
• Ability to thrive in team-based settings and collaborate effectively.
• Proven leadership experience in academic or extracurricular activities.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to learn more about the retail industry.

Nice to Have
