3D Animator for Realistic Dog Model - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented 3D Animator to work remotely on a project focused on creating realistic animations for a dog model. As a 3D Animator, you will be responsible for enhancing the model's features and bringing it to life through dynamic animations. What You'll Do

• Redesign the dog's face to enhance emotional expressions, including smiles and growls.
• Add realistic fur and textures to improve the model's visual appeal.
• Implement structural changes for better rigging and animation capabilities.
• Create various tail animations, including wagging, twitching, and tucked positions.
• Develop facial animations that reflect different emotional states such as curiosity and aggression.
• Ensure the breathing animation is realistic and active during both idle and movement states.
• Design interactive animations that simulate the dog's behavior in response to human interaction.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure animations align with the overall game design.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing realistic character animations.
• Proficiency in 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Maya).
• Experience with rigging and skinning techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for character animation.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
