About the Role
We are excited to announce the opening for a 2026 Summer Employee Experience Internship - Remote. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to enhance employee experiences within the organization.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to assess employee satisfaction.
- Support research initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Participate in writing reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.
- Coordinate events and activities that promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Public Health, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience in research or data analysis is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with public policy and legal research.
- Interest in sustainability and environmental studies.
- Previous internship experience in a related field.
What We Offer
- Paid internship at $17.95/hour, increasing to $18.40/hour.
- Two paid holidays (Juneteenth and Independence Day).
- ½ day Fridays to promote work-life balance.
- Up to two days of paid sick leave.
- Remote work flexibility with the option to work from our DC office.
