What You'll Do

• Manage daily cash management processes, including funding, cash positioning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Initiate and approve wire transfers and token transfers, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Analyze fund flows to optimize costs and manage liquidity risk effectively.
• Oversee liquidity and funding requirements for cryptocurrency trading operations, ensuring sufficient cash reserves.
• Calculate the cost of capital for various business units and provide data for financial planning and analysis.
• Report on cash and crypto positions, including exceptions and liquidity stress test results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of treasury functions.
• Support the design and maintenance of corporate bank wire policies and controls.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Treasury Operations or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of risks and controls.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex issues.
• Fast learner with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cash management processes and liquidity risk assessments.
