As a Travel Assistance Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for clients needing assistance with their travel arrangements, from booking flights to coordinating accommodations.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with travel inquiries and provide personalized travel recommendations.
• Manage bookings and itineraries using online booking platforms and GDS systems.
• Communicate with vendors to secure the best travel options for clients.
• Handle client requests and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their travel plans.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Experience in travel planning or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage several client requests simultaneously.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms and GDS systems.
