What You'll Do
- Provide hardware and software support to customers, resolving complex issues effectively.
- Collaborate with other support engineers to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Manage support tickets and contribute to building a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Work closely with Engineering and Product Management teams for product feedback and improvements.
- Become an expert on Samsara’s IoT product portfolio, ensuring you can address customer inquiries with confidence.
- Document customer-facing knowledge base articles to assist both customers and support teams.
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while providing exceptional service.
Requirements
- B.S. or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in support or technical roles.
- Familiarity with CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Technical knowledge of SaaS systems and IoT technologies.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong bias for action and high standards in your work.
- Ability to thrive in a hyper-growth environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.
