What You'll Do

  • Provide hardware and software support to customers, resolving complex issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with other support engineers to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Manage support tickets and contribute to building a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product Management teams for product feedback and improvements.
  • Become an expert on Samsara’s IoT product portfolio, ensuring you can address customer inquiries with confidence.
  • Document customer-facing knowledge base articles to assist both customers and support teams.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while providing exceptional service.

Requirements

  • B.S. or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in support or technical roles.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Technical knowledge of SaaS systems and IoT technologies.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong bias for action and high standards in your work.
  • Ability to thrive in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
