About the Role
Passion.io is hiring a full-time Technical Account Executive – Global, AI SaaS Remote. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving customer success and ensuring that our clients maximize the value they receive from our AI-powered SaaS solutions. You will work remotely from Canada, collaborating with a diverse team and engaging with clients globally.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide product training and support to clients, helping them leverage our AI SaaS platform effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product improvements and enhancements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
