What You'll Do

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse to track candidates and manage applications.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
• Proficiency in using ATS, particularly Greenhouse.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in radiology or teleradiology.
