System Administrator - IT Support for FinTech Company

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated System Administrator to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. This is a fantastic opportunity for a System Administrator looking to work in a fast-growing fintech company. As a System Administrator, you will ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and provide essential support to our team. What You'll Do

• Set up and configure workplace equipment, ensuring all software is installed and operational.
• Provide hands-on user support, diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues efficiently.
• Manage user accounts and access rights, ensuring secure access to corporate resources and shared folders.
• Support and monitor local network infrastructure, including active network equipment.
• Establish and maintain secure remote access (VPN) for our distributed team.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory, tracking transfers and supporting procurement processes.
• Provide technical support for meetings and internal events, ensuring seamless presentations and conferencing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in System Administration or IT Support, preferably in an office setting.
• Hands-on skills in PC/Mac setup, OS/software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of network administration, including LAN/Wi-Fi and VPN support.
• Experience with user access management and permissions.
• Comfortable with IT asset tracking and basic procurement coordination.
• Fluent in Russian and proficient in English (B1+) for daily communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fintech environment.
• Familiarity with cloud services and remote desktop tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
