About the Role

We're hiring a Support Engineer to join our growing team at Close. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with Python, including building scripts and automating workflows.
  • Strong customer focus with experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to document work clearly.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote team environment.
  • Located in US time zones (ET, CT, MT, or PT).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with web scraping tools like BeautifulSoup or Scrapy.
  • Experience at API-first companies like Stripe or Twilio.
