Studio Manager - Pilates Studio (Relocation Support)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Studio Manager to oversee the opening of a new Pilates studio in Abu Dhabi. This Studio Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to lead operations and create exceptional client experiences in a premium wellness environment. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations, team leadership, and driving sales while ensuring a high standard of service. Relocation support to Abu Dhabi is provided, including visa sponsorship where necessary.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end studio operations, including opening/closing procedures and class readiness.
• Manage schedules for classes, instructors, and Front-of-House staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee stock management, cleanliness, and ambiance, coordinating with vendors for maintenance.
• Coach and schedule the Front-of-House team, supporting onboarding and training initiatives.
• Engage with clients, resolving issues with empathy and managing VIP sessions.
• Drive in-studio sales for memberships and retail, managing promotions effectively.
• Build community partnerships and curate events to enhance client engagement.
• Maintain accurate data across booking, CRM, and POS systems, supporting reporting on attendance and revenue.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in studio operations, premium retail, or service-led leadership roles.
• Strong service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Proven sales capability with a focus on achieving commercial targets.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and effective team leadership skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in Google Workspace, CRM, and booking systems.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to Have

• Experience in boutique fitness or Pilates environments.
• Basic content creation skills, including photography and video.
• Exposure to events or corporate collaborations.
