Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in IT services or cloud solutions.
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve account performance.
- Experience with consultative sales and complex solutions is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with MuleSoft or Apex is a plus.
