About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Store Sales Manager to join our team at Tractor Supply Company in Clover, SC. This Store Sales Manager remote position plays a crucial role in driving sales performance and ensuring a positive customer shopping experience. You will assist the Store Manager in leading the sales team and implementing effective sales strategies.

What You'll Do

• Drive sales performance by leading a robust selling culture within the store.
• Assist in training and developing Sales Team Members to uphold Tractor Supply Company's values.
• Ensure a safe and productive work environment for all team members and customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Oversee daily operations, including cash handling and compliance with loss prevention standards.

Requirements

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Experience with customer service and selling skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage team members effectively.
