We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shift Leader to join our team at Bajco Group. As a Shift Leader, you will supervise shifts and ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer service at our Papa John’s restaurant. What You'll Do

• Supervise restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Deliver high-quality products that meet Papa John’s standards and accurately reflect customer orders.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, utilizing feedback to improve operations.
• Train and communicate quality standards to team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and energy.
• Manage staffing levels according to projected sales, ensuring the team is prepared to meet customer expectations.
• Contribute to sales goals through excellent customer service and effective team training.
• Execute cash management duties and maintain inventory levels to minimize loss.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized, complying with safety and security standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong cash management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead a team effectively with minimal supervision.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bilingual skills are a plus in certain markets.
