Senior Visual Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Visual Designer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in integrating experience design with agile software delivery, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality, visually engaging solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design visually engaging, functional, and accessible solutions, owning the product’s branding, style, and visual appeal.
• Evolve and refine designs based on user research, feedback, and testing results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve design systems, understand user workflows, and design intuitive, accessible, and appealing interfaces.
• Act as the bridge between creativity, business needs, and technology to bring your designs to life alongside developers.
• Continuously grow and contribute to a collaborative, transparent, and dynamic team culture.
• Advocate for design expertise within the broader community through conferences, webinars, and events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of exceptional visual design skills with a strong eye for detail in color, layout, and typography.
• Ability to differentiate between “good” and “great” design, and a passion for pushing boundaries.
• Expertise in working closely with business and tech teams to bring real-world design solutions to life.
• Comfortable with trial and error, embracing feedback, and using prototyping to explore new ideas.
• Good experience with accessibility, usability, user research, and testing.

Nice to Have

• Enterprise/SaaS experience in your field is preferred.
• A passion for mentoring fellow designers and running educational sessions to elevate your team’s understanding of visual design.
