About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Partners, Alliances & Ecosystems - Remote to join our leadership team at Optiv Security. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our go-to-market strategies and sales motions with technology and alliance partners. As a key member of our team, you will lead initiatives that enhance our partnerships and alliances, ensuring that we deliver exceptional cybersecurity solutions to our clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategy and execution related to Optiv’s technology partners.
• Develop go-to-market alliances to drive licensing revenue and gross profit.
• Manage a team of partner alliance directors, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Partner with Optiv leadership to design and execute global revenue plans.
• Utilize data analytics to recognize trends and anticipate challenges in the cybersecurity landscape.
• Provide insights to regional sales leaders on priorities and strategic plans.
• Drive transformative changes through Optiv and its partners, enhancing our market position.
• Build and execute channel go-to-market strategies and measure performance effectively.
• Travel as required, likely 50% of the time, to engage with partners and clients.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in global alliance leadership within the cybersecurity industry.
• Established leader in the high technology partner ecosystem.
• Strong data analysis skills to inform strategic decisions.
• Dynamic personality with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
• Existing relationships with the channel network to facilitate partnerships.
