About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Total Rewards Consultant - Remote to join our innovative team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Utilize data analysis to assess the effectiveness of compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide expert guidance on equity design and compensation benchmarking to HR business partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Total Rewards Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, equity design, and market benchmarking.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments is a plus.
