About the Role

Chainguard is hiring a full-time Senior Solutions Architect - Remote for the APAC region, working from the comfort of your home in Australia. This role is pivotal in helping our clients navigate the complexities of cybersecurity solutions and ensuring their systems are secure and efficient. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions for clients across the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices in security architecture and compliance.
  • Engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Mentor junior architects and contribute to the growth of the professional services team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a solutions architect role, with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and data protection.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with container security and orchestration technologies.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
